Every story starts with a conversation. In our first call, we’ll get to know you, discuss your vision, and ensure we’re the right fit.
Your Wedding Day
Your wedding day is here! Our team will be there to thoughtfully capture every moment combining artistic vision with a documentary style to preserve the emotions, details, and memories that matter most.
Booking & Securing Your Date
Booking is easy just a signed agreement and retainer secures your date.
Post-Wedding Magic
After your wedding, we thoughtfully curate and edit your photos to reflect the beauty, love, and energy of your day. A sneak peek will be shared within a few days, and your full high-resolution gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Engagement Session
If your package includes an engagement session, that’s our next step. It’s a great chance to connect, get comfortable on camera, and capture relaxed, meaningful photos perfect for save-the-dates or decor.

Photoshoot & Event Booking Process
The Consultation
Every story starts with a conversation. In our first call, we’ll get to know you, discuss your vision, and ensure we’re the right fit.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A 50% retainer is required to secure your session.
Deposit must be made within 12 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in your time slot being released to another client, unless previously discussed.
Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session or event.
EDITING & DELIVERABLES
Turnaround time: 7–21 business days (varies per project). This begins after final image selections are made by the client.
Additional edits: $20 per image. ( Applies to Photoshoot)
RAW/unedited files are not provided.
The service includes final, edited images only, as delivered by TD Imaging Studios
STUDIO RENTAL
Studio rental is not included in your session fee and must be arranged separately, if needed.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters), we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate solutions.
Sessions missed due to client emergencies or no-shows outside these conditions will be handled according to the standard cancellation policy.
